Tin roofs and concrete floors

In the rapidly growing Christadelphian community in Mozambique most churches have grass roofs, mud floors and side-trenches to catch rain.
But first-hand witnesses testify it doesn’t resist the Mozambique rainstorms well at all.

Around 50 churches need either a tin roof, and/or a concrete floor and/or tables and chairs.  If you, or your congregation, would like to sponsor one of these village churches, please let John Pople know and he will assign you to a particular village group.

Donations can be sent to WCF at PO Box 88, Deland, IL 61839 or made online at http://wcfoundation.org/contribute.htm.  Please earmark your donation “FB Mozambique appeal.” WCF will act as a conduit for finances and are working in cooperation with CBM UK (Bro Trevor Radbourne)
in this project.  For more information on the Christadelphian community in Mozambique, see http://www.unhcr.org/407fc9fc4.html or http://www.cbm.org.uk/mozamb.htm

Many Seeds Ministries

Many Seeds Ministries [MSM], a newly formed non-profit organization managed by brethren from the Cleveland, Ohio area, will assume oversight of Champion a Child. Their mission is to “develop & strengthen local believers by implementing partnership models for education, spiritual development, and leadership training ….”
Sister Linda Reding is currently residing in Port Maria, Jamaica as a WCF-sponsored White Fields worker. She oversees the program on site, and is training local brethren to be able to take over this responsibility in the future.

How do you become a "Virtual" Bible School attendee?

How do you become a "Virtual" Bible School attendee? It's easy. Here are three steps:

1. Obtain a set of Bible School CDs or audio tapes. If you or your ecclesia don't have an audio library, know that the WCF has a large selection of recordings that will allow you to listen in on some wonderful past Bible School classes. Here is a link to the section in the WCF Resource Center where you will be able to order from literally hundreds of subjects, speakers, and even hymns and songs. http://www.facebook.com/l/;https://wcfoundation.org/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=7

2. Set aside a specific time each day to listen to the classes. If you commute to work, listen to your classes on the way to and from the office each day. If you are at home, consider playing the classes at the same time your brothers and sisters might be sitting in on "live" classes at Bible School.

3. If at all possible, make a point to get together with another Brother or Sister during the week. Meet for coffee. Invite them over for dinner. Plan your own "ice cream social". Find ways to encourage each other as we see the day approaching. If you're like me, one of my favorite parts of Bible School is the fellowship shared with friends.

Have a great week.
