Wie kunnen wij vertrouwen

Hebt u zich al een afgevraagd wie u werkelijk kan vertrouwen?

Als u rondom u kijkt kan je mensen vinden waarvan je denkt dat je er best niet te veel aan vertelt en anderen waar je weer je diepste gehimen aan zou kunnen vertellen.
Hoe zit het voor je levensomstandigheden en voor de toekomst die voor jouw ligt? Je kan misschien denken dat er wel of geen politiekers zijn waarop je kan vertoruwen. Of misschien denk je dat niemand die in politiek zit te vertrouwen is. Je denkt dat het slijmballen zijn of dat ze toch die dingen gaan doen die zij voor hen belangrijk vinden. Of dat zij zich helemaal niet aan hun woord zullen houden.
Indien je denkt dat politiek onzinnig is kan je misschien afvragen of je je wel mee bezig moet houden. Maar ook als Christen kan je eens nagaan in welke mate wij ons met politiek moeten of mogen bezig houden.
Je kan je afvragen of wij wel moeten gaan stemmen of dat wij ons kunnen aansluiten bij een politieke partij of nog verder gaan en ons als kandidaat kunnen voorstelllen?
In de wereld gebeuren zo veel dingen dat er genoeg gebeurtenissen zijn of zaken waar wij ons tegen willen verzetten. Maar in welke mate kunnen wij ons verzetten tegen die tegen de borst stotende zaken ? Kunnen wij reagerende groepen vervoegen of ons mee inzetten in een demanstratie groep?

Wat wij ons ook moeten afvragen is  hoe het gesteld staat met de verplichtingen van het land waar wij wonen of burger van zijn.
Volgens ons moet je de wetten van dat land ook gehoorzamen indien ze niet tegen de wil van God gaan. En nergens heeft God verboden te stemmen. Indien het verplicht is om te stemmen, zoals in België dan moet je je aan die verplichting houden.(Geef de kezier wat de keizer toekomt) Dit hoeft niet in te houden dat je niet zou denken dat God de enige is die alles kan oplossen.

Want uiteindelijk zal het volgens ons Jezus Christus zijn die de wereldorde op zijn juiste plaats zal kunnen brengen en de start zal kunnen geven van het meest volledige en juist zijnde Koninkrijk. Het Koninkrijk van God zal het beste beheer hebben en is de enige mogelijkheid om het volledige geluk te geven.

If you look around you can find people that you think you do best not to tell too much and others where you could tell your deepest secrets.
What about your living conditions and for the future that lays in front of you? You might think that there are politicians you can rely on or not trust. Or maybe you think that no one in politics is to be trusted. You think that they are slime balls or still do those things they find important to them. Or that they do not keep to their word.

If you think politics is nonsense perhaps you can ask whether you should be engaged. But as a Christian you can examine to what extent we agree with our politicians or may have to attend to it.
You may wonder whether we actually need to vote or whether we can join a political party or even go further and imagine us to come forward as a candidate?
In the world so many things that happen there are plenty of events or things we want to resist to. But to what extent we can resist against the chest punching things? Can we join reactive groups or join a group demonstration? Which are groups we would consider valuable to join and which not worthy or even wrong to join?

What we also need to ask is how it is about the obligations of the country where we live or are citizens from.
I think you must obey laws of that country if they do not go against the will of God. And nowhere has God forbidden voting. If it is required to vote, as in Belgium you should keep to that commitment. (Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar) How you vote is up to your conscience. This is not to imply that you would not think that God is the only one who can solve everything.

Because we believe that it will ultimately be Jesus Christ that will bring the world order in its place, and give the start to the most complete and accurate Kingdom. The Kingdom of God will have the best management and is the only way to give full happiness.
