Xanga Toe Stepper made silent

'Stepping toes' was originally a Xanga website opened on the 28th of September 2011, but in the Summer 2013 Xanga changed its policy and the Christadelphians had to find a solution for recovering their texts on October 6 of 2013.

The reason why the Christadelphians started a Xanga site was because they were confronted with a lot of wrong sayings on several Xanga sites about serious Bible Students, Jehovah Witnesses and Christadelphians or Brothers in Christ. Because they could not react to certain writings on Xanga, because  to reply the person had to be a member and some writings on the Xanga sites could use some reactions from outside the Christadelphians decided to put on their boots and join the community.

I and and the Christadelphians knew it would not be a place where many writings from our site would be placed on the net. We had our hands full already with other websites and other real life stuff, printing work and distribution of hard copy magazines.

In the recent previous years we saw many changes in the bloggers world. Also in the system of communicating with each other many changes came very quickly. I still remember to be one of the earlier messengusers having a @messengeruser.com account which later became the better know @hotmail.com account, which still many use today but also has been changed to @outlook.com accounts, and the messenger gave way to the more succesfull Skype.

The "Stepping toes" site got his name from the Dutch saying “Op de tenen stappen” or “Stepping on the toes” being the figuratively  “to thread on a person’s toes” or making that somebody carries a chip on the shoulder.

At the time we did hope that the visitors on that site would not be to quickly to take offence, but would be brought to think about serious and debatable matters. We knew that the matters which we brought forward on that site were texts which could cause commotion, hence the name.

It is our awareness that people like to hold fast on tradition and want to keep to certainties which are given from one generation onto the other. We know that certain ideas we share, are not favoured by so many. First of all do we love and honour only One God, who we want to address to with His Name. And that Name is one which frightens a lot of people. Once people do hear the Name of that Creator they also often of only one denomination in christianity, forgetting that there are (luckilly) more denominations which use that Sacred Name of God.

People are easily put out when they hear whom we adhere.
But we are also sure that the die is been cast and that we have come in a special time where it is more important to share our love to the whole world, like our Masterteacher Jesus/Jeshua, the Messiah did.

The man we do like to follow on this earth not only wanted that everybody knew his Father, he also proclaimed the Good News of the coming Kingdom of God and wanted that all his followers went out into the world to bring that Evangelion of good Tidings.
You could say that nobody can quarrel with such good news that Jesus of Nazareth brought, but as the world went against him so they were not pleased either with his followers.

At the time of going on the Xanga platform the Christadelphians wrote:
Now we pitch our own tents here also on this Xanga Group we do hope we shall find enough spirits eager to share their ideas and to welk along on the long road to … Tipperary and beyond. happy
Today they have to tell the readers:

From Monday 7 October we shall try to place the previous publicised articles from Xanga on some of our other websites.
Most of the Christadelphian writings you can find at our other web pages, to which we would like to invite you:

The figuratively speaking to say or do something, which possibly can upsets someone is what the Christadelphians on Xanga wants to do. They would like to dare question certain things people do believe. The website wants to get people involved in something which is their responsibility, though often they do not think of such a matter easily.

Often people are accustomed to certain beliefs, attitudes, traditions and feel themselves at ease not to think about it or to change anything about it. But the Christadelphians at Xanga wants to make them awake and to get them thinking, questioning either our beliefs or their beliefs.

The aim of the Christadelphians on Xanga is to make some changes to what people assume could be the truth. By questioning certain sayings it could be that they tread on anyone's toes, but they do want to do it lovingly, with a little bit of twisting the feet out of embarrassment, as a small child wants to question things. (Do you notice it in the photograph)

In case you do not agree with a certain point of belief, that is the place to question it. In such an instance they are willing to go out from your idea. Than they would say: "If it is like you say than this or that would be like  so and so."  They would not mind to compare several versions of belief-points to compare them with the saying in the Bible.

They ask you not to mind that they use the Bible to look at your and their saying, because that is according to them the Book that can bring the solution. According to Christadelphians in there we can all find the answers to our questions. (In a certain way we even do not need other persons to give the answers, because God has provided them in His Word: the Book of Books the Bible, the Bestseller of all times.)

Frank Sinatra sung: "Everybody knows you're stepping on my toes And stepping on my heart-strings too, With an idle kiss, you grabbed a moment's bliss, That left me with a heart that's true." (Read more: FRANK SINATRA - YOU'RE STEPPING ON MY TOES LYRICS http://www.metrolyrics.com/youre-stepping-on-my-toes-lyrics-frank-sinatra.html#ixzz1af0KQEWl  -Copied from MetroLyrics.com )

Love may be a game for many, but for the Christadelphians it is something very important. For them every person on this earth should become our brother or our sister, and together we should share the love Christ Jesus had for this world.

The Xanga Christadelphians do not want to "Keep the big business picture to themselves"! they do not only want to share small portions of what’s expected on the job and keep the big stuff.
the do not want to keep to the rule: "If something changes, don’t tell anyone!"
    • Knowledge is power, and if you’re the only one who knows what’s going on, then it follows that you have all the power.
They do not mind that somebody has the power on this earth, because this situation is just temporarily. For them Jesus has the power to judge, but all power belongs to his and our Father, the Only One God.

Some might think: "If something changes, and you must tell someone, only tell half the people involved on the job." or "Sometimes it’s good to share knowledge and power, that way if something gets screwed up, you’re not the only one to blame! "

The problem with them is that they can not keep still on their chair. They do want to tell. They do want to tell so much, perhaps it can frighten some. And the problem is they do not mind telling what they can find in that mysterious "old fashioned Book". Because for them it looks as the cave of Ali Baba, full of treasures. But they are so precious they do not dare to keep them only for themselves. Plus, there are to many stones ...

So why not share them?

Go and have a look at "Stepping Stones." I meant "Stepping Toes"

Provocator on the market

A new season brings mostly also new things.

As you can find new programs on your television screen, you also can find new Websites on the internet.

"Stepping Toes" does not mind being a little devil in a box.

The Christadelphian community often gets questions in their box about heavily discussed cases or matters, were a lot do not want to burn their fingers. But also non believing persons do dare to question the sayings of believers that there would be existing a God. Therefore the Christadelphians on Xanga would not mind going deeper into that matter, questioning if it could be possible that there is a God who made all the things around us. And when there would exist such a God, what we do have to think about Him and how we have to cope with Him.

The website is also not to be afraid to look at certain sayings, like that this God has three faces or is a man or is a woman. It shall look at those gods God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, and find out what those people say about themselves and about the others. the Website shall not be afraid to reveal what the Books do say of those people who way that they believe in the Real God, if that one does exist.

To provoke, to call forth, evoke feelings is what the site Stepping Toes does want to do. It shall not go out the way to question the feelings we would like to share. It wants to challenge all those ideas said by so many people of so many different believes.

There are so many gods and so many religions, and we cannot escape the remark that many religions caused a lot of trouble and bloodshed. Would that be what the Creator of the heaven and earth wanted? Is this what a loving father would let happen to his children?

All those Christians who have so many different ideas, are their ideas grounded in an acceptable Truth?

"Stepping Toes" wants those who say they believe call to action. They want to excite those who want to know and want to bring peace over the whole earth.
You would think than that you would have to be prudent. It could be. But "Stepping Toes" is not going to be afraid to step on some toes. sometimes it can be necessary to awaken some people by purring them. A good loving purr shall not harm.

the new website came into existence because several Xanga people said things we as Christadelphians wanted to react on it, but could not because we were not a Xanga member. Becoming a member now we can reply to their postings, but took this occasion to bring ourselves also some postings and present the Xanga members with some articles with our views.

Tending or designed to give several thoughts a second opinion and to have some matters questioned the Christadelphians over there shall not quit or stay silent to anything that provokes.
But they themselves shall also dare to question certain sayings of others, though they shall try to do it in a loving way, but ardent to find out the truth.

In case you go have a look over there, do not mind that you can be questioned or ticked on your fingers. Also dare to go in discussion, they would not mind.

For those who are prurient or uneasily or morbidly interested, curious, or craving, this could be a place to be. If you are dallying with lascivious thoughts do not mind causing itching and utter your ideas on the "Stepping Toes" website.

They are even not afraid to question their own thinking, because they are aware of their Faith that it can only grow when you do know more about it and dare to question what you can find in the Bible, what they consider to be the Word of God, the only word we should follow.
